delicious breakfast hot drinks bus route
I found the breakfast delicious and plentiful. My room included a set of hot drinks. Lynne provided helpful bus route information to get into the city center.

free parking excellent choice
the location is convenient with free parking. the b&b offers free wifi. the host gave good advice about the local area, including the bus route into the city centre.
the room was small, so i could hear cars passing during the night. there was condensation around the window. the bathroom did not look clean.

the room included every amenity i could want for my stay. the room was a modest size (but it was adequate). the tv had netflix.

the hostess greeted me in a warm, friendly manner. she made sure i had everything i needed for the evening. the hostess offered directions and instructions written down for the local bus stop.

good selection lovely host warm room traffic noise mould presence unclean bathroom
the breakfast had a good selection. the host was lovely and cute. the room was warm, something i appreciated given the time of year.
the room faced the road so there was some traffic noise at night. i also noted some condensation and mould around the window. the bathroom did not seem entirely clean when i arrived.

dirty carpets worn carpets
breakfast was good and provided a decent start to the day.
The room felt quite dated. It needed a thorough cleaning. i noticed cobwebs and dust in various corners. the carpets also looked worn and dirty, diminishing the overall comfort

a simple stay
clean room fresh milk easy access dated room drab decor road noise
the room was very clean and i had space for my clothes. fresh milk was in the room, along with tea and coffee. there was easy access to the city.
the room felt dated and small. the decor seemed drab to me. the road outside was noisy and i could hear cars.
