the location is convenient with free parking. the b&b offers free wifi. the host gave good advice about the local area, including the bus route into the city centre.
the room was small, so i could hear cars passing during the night. there was condensation around the window. the bathroom did not look clean.

the breakfast had a good selection. the host was lovely and cute. the room was warm, something i appreciated given the time of year.
the room faced the road so there was some traffic noise at night. i also noted some condensation and mould around the window. the bathroom did not seem entirely clean when i arrived.

the room was next to the road, so i could hear cars passing during the night.

Lynne was a lovely host. she took an interest in where we had been. she even let us know other places we could visit, which i appreciated. She brought real magic to the b&b. the directions were written down.

the room was very clean and i had space for my clothes. fresh milk was in the room, along with tea and coffee. there was easy access to the city.
